The Association of German Local Newspapers e. V. represents the interests of German-speaking local newspapers .

history

The lobby group was founded in the 1960s as Ortepresse GmbH . It was renamed the Association of Local Press and finally in 2003 the Association of German Local Newspapers . It has been based in Berlin since 1998.

The legal framework is a registered association (e.V.). Martin Wieske is the managing director; The chairman of the board is Robert Dunkmann.
