Wilfried Klaus
Wilfried Klaus (born July 8, 1941 in Bernau am Chiemsee ) is a German actor .
Life
Wilfried Klaus is the son of an art teacher and grew up in Bernau, Straubing and Munich . After finishing school, he took private acting lessons with Ruth von Zerboni in Gauting from 1958 to 1960 .
He received his first engagement in 1960 at the Munich Volkstheater , where he remained a permanent member until 1966. This was followed by an engagement at the Lore Bronner stage in Munich until 1980 . In the meantime he was also a guest at other Munich theaters, for example at the Die Kleine Freiheit theater from 1976 to 1978 . After 1980 he played as a guest at the Small Comedy Munich . At the theater he advanced to become a character actor in classic roles , but also in the comedic field. He also developed a preference for the characters in Ludwig Thomas' works.
Since 1965 he also played frequently on television and worked for the radio. On television he took on guest roles in crime series , television plays and multi-part series and also made feature films . From 1978 to 2008 he played the chief detective Horst Schickl in the ZDF series SOKO 5113 . He is one of the "long-running hits" in the television landscape when it comes to portraying the same figure. His last appearance in the series took place in the episode Die Göttmann .
Wilfried Klaus lives with his second wife Wera on a farm in Lower Bavaria .
