Vladislav Dmitrievich Kamenev ( Russian Владислав Дмитриевич Каменев ; English transcription: Vladislav Dmitriyevich Kamenev * 12. August 1996 in Orsk ) is a Russian ice hockey player , who since November 2017 the Colorado Avalanche of the National Hockey League is under contract and in parallel for their farm team who have favourited Colorado Eagles , plays on the left winger position of the American Hockey League .
Career
Wladislaw Kamenew began his career as an ice hockey player in the youth department of HK Metallurg Magnitogorsk . In the 2013/14 season he made his debut in the KHL . The winger was selected in the second round of the 2014 NHL Entry Draft as the 42nd player by the Nashville Predators from the National Hockey League .
In July 2015 he was signed by the Nashville Predators under a three-year entry contract and was active in the American Hockey League for their farm team , the Milwaukee Admirals , since the beginning of the 2015/16 season . On January 6, 2017, Kamenev made his debut in the National Hockey League (NHL). In November 2017, however, the Russian was given over to the Colorado Avalanche as part of a larger swap deal with Samuel Girard and a second-round vote for the 2018 NHL Entry Draft . In return, Nashville received Kyle Turris from the Ottawa Senators , who in turn sent Andrew Hammond , Shane Bowers and a first-round vote in the 2018 draft and a third-round vote in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft to Colorado, ultimately engaging Matt Duchene .
International
For Russia , Kamenev took part in the junior division of the World U-17 Hockey Challenge 2013 , the Ivan Hlinka Memorial Tournament 2013 , the U18 World Junior Championship in 2014 and the U20 World Junior Championship in 2015 and 2016 .
