The World Cup of Pool 2017 was a snooker tournament in the discipline 9-Ball , which from 13 to 18 June 2017 in the York Hall in London took place. It was the eleventh edition of the Scotch Doubles tournament hosted by Matchroom Sport .

The Austrian team won for the first time. Mario He and Albin Ouschan defeated the Americans Shane van Boening and Skyler Woodward 10: 6 in the final . The defending champions were Taiwanese Ko Pin-yi and Chang Yu-Lung , who were eliminated in the semi-finals against the USA. They shared third place with Chinese Wu Jiaqing and Dang Jinhu . The German duo, Ralf Souquet and Thorsten Hohmann , were eliminated in the round of 16 against China.

1The Hong Kong team ( Andrew Kong and Lo Ho Sum ) withdrew their participation. The Hungarian team took the starting place as a successor.
2The South African team ( David Anderson and Francois Ellis ) was replaced by the Maltese shortly before the start of the tournament.
