World Soccer is an English-language football magazine from IPC Media from Great Britain . It appears monthly and specializes in the international football scene. Editor-in-chief is Gavin Hamilton and writer Brian Glanville makes regular contributions . World Soccer is a founding member of ESM ( European Sports Media ), an association of soccer publications.

World Soccer has been honoring the player, coach and team of the year since 1982. In 2005, the magazine's best young player and referee of the year received a title for the first time. The December 1999 issue published a reader survey on the 100 greatest footballers of the 20th century. Pelé won this election.
