Wydutki ( German  Storchenberg ) is a small place in the Polish Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship and belongs to the rural community Budry (Buddern) in the powiat Węgorzewski ( Angerburg district ).

Geographical location

Wydutki is located in the northeast of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship on the southeastern edge of the Skallischer Forst (also: Altheider Forest, Polish Lasy Skaliskie ). The district town of Węgorzewo (Angerburg) is 15 kilometers to the south-west.

history

The small Gutsdorf Stork Mountain was in 1874 in the newly built office district Benkheim ( Polish Banie Mazurskie incorporated), which existed until 1945 and for district Angerburg in Administrative district Gumbinnen the Prussian province of East Prussia belonged.

The number of inhabitants of the Storchenberg manor district was 46 in 1910. Wydutki can be reached via a country road that branches off the Polish Voivodship Road 650 (former German Reichsstraße 136 ) at Popioły (Popiollen , 1938 to 1945 Albrechtswiesen) and leads directly into the village. Until 1945 Popiollen resp. Albrechtswiesen is the next train station. It was on the Angerburg – Goldap railway line , on which operations were no longer resumed after 1945.
