Jauheni Hutarowitsch ( Belarusian Яўгеній Гутаровіч , Russian Евгений Гутарович , transcribed Yevgeny Gutarowitsch ; born November 29, 1983 in Minsk ) is a former Belarusian cyclist .
Career
Hutarowitsch won two stages each at the Circuit des Ardennes and the Tour de la Manche in 2006 . In the Tour de la Manche he was also third overall. He also won part of the Alsace tour . Hutarowitsch has been driving for the French UCI Continental Team Roubaix Lille Métropole since 2007 . In his first year there, as in 2003, he was third in the Belarusian road racing championship. In the Tour du Poitou-Charentes he was able to win a stage. In 2008 he received a contract with the French UCI ProTeam La Française des Jeux . In the Three Days of West Flanders he was able to ensure one of his greatest successes so far when he won the second stage. In 2009 he finished last in the Tour de France and was able to win the coveted Red Lantern .
In 2010, his most important success was a stage in the Vuelta a España , which is also his biggest win so far in its entirety. Before that, he won a stage in the Tour de Pologne .
Despite further success, he left the La Française des Jeux team in 2012 and went to Ag2r La Mondiale because of the excessive competition with the young French sprinters Arnaud Démare and Nacer Bouhanni . However, could not celebrate a victory in 2013. It wasn't until 2014 that the Tour de la Somme won and a stage at the Tour de Pologne . In 2015 and 2016 he drove for the Bretagne-Séché Environnement team . There he won three stages at La Tropicale Amissa Bongo for the first time and another stage in the following year.
