Kostníky is a municipality and village in Třebíč District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 200 inhabitants.

Kostníky lies approximately 33 kilometres (21 mi) south-west of Třebíč, 48 km (30 mi) south of Jihlava, and 152 km (94 mi) south-east of Prague.
