history
It is believed that the Rundling Telečkov was founded in the second half of the 12th century. The first written mention of the village was probably in 1236 in the confirmation document of Margrave Přemysl about the donation of two villages by Hermann von Rudíkov to the Cistercian Abbey of Marienthal near Oslavany . However, only the place name Rudíkov is clearly legible on the damaged parchment; the name of the other village has been interpreted by various researchers as Mreczkov , Modlíkov or Přeckov , but places with this name were either not in the area or at no time belonged to the Marienthal monastery. At the end of the 20th century, the researcher Jindřich Šilhan identified the place name on the document as Telečkov .
Probably during the Hussite Wars or the Bohemian-Hungarian War, the village came under the rule of Meziříčí . There are no written reports about the village from this period; Teleczkov was only mentioned again in 1496 in the course of a lawsuit by Jan von Lomnitz on Meziříčí against the Marienthal abbess Katharina because of the tithe claims . In 1540 Telečkov was pledged to Wolfgang Kraiger von Kraigk . He sold the village in 1557 together with the church patronage in Rudíkov for 115 shock Bohemian groschen to Sigmund Heldt from Kement on Meziříčí. To distinguish it from a village of the same name , the village has been called Dolní Telečkov - later Nový Telečkov - since the 17th century . In Theresian Cadastre from 1749 eleven farmers are listed by name. In 1770 the number of the houses took place on the order of the Bohemian Queen Maria Theresa . In 1815 a school was opened in Horní Heřmanice , which the children from Nový Telečkov and other villages also attended. On October 28, 1832, the village chapel and a large stone cross on the road to Oslavice were consecrated .
In 1842 the village Neu-Teletschkau or Telečkow nowy in the Iglauer Kreis consisted of 22 houses in which 139 people lived. Neu-Teletschkau comprised 11 farms and 11 cottagers . The pastor was Rudikau . Until the middle of the 19th century, Neu-Teletschkau remained subject to the Meziříčí rule.
After the abolition of patrimonial formed Nový Telečkov / New Teletschkau 1849 a village in the municipality Horní Heřmanice in the judicial district of the United Meziříčí . In 1865 a large fire destroyed four houses. From 1869 Nový Telečkov belonged to the Great Meserich district . At that time the village had 141 inhabitants and consisted of 23 houses. In 1900 there were 137 people in Nový Telečkov; In 1910 there were 142. After several houses on the village square were burned down in 1908, the mayor Dvořák left his fields behind the village to build new houses. However, the houses on the village square were rebuilt, only a few barns were built on the Dvořák fields. In the 1921 census, 149 Czechs lived in the 23 houses in the village. In 1924 Nový Telečkov broke away from Horní Heřmanice and formed its own municipality. In 1930 Nový Telečkov consisted of 24 houses and 144 inhabitants. Between 1939 and 1945 Nový Telečkov / Neu Teletschkau belonged to the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia . In 1950 the village had 143 inhabitants. The volunteer fire brigade was founded in 1950. In the course of the territorial reform of 1961 and the abolition of the Okres Velké Meziříčí, the municipality was assigned to the Okres Třebíč . At the same time Oslavička and Ovčírna were incorporated. In 1980 it was incorporated into Rudíkov . Nový Telečkov has existed again since 1990. In the 2001 census, there were 112 people in the 30 houses in Nový Telečkov.
