history
The first written mention of Aldikovici took place in 1101 in the founding document of the Benedictine monastery Třebíč . In 1104 the settlement Dobrutoy was mentioned, which is the northernmost property of the Třebíč monastery. For the year 1115 there is another mention of Dobrutoys and Dobrutowicz in the Chronica Boemorum , after which the settlement in the area of today's Doubrava settlement became extinct.
The following owners of Valdíkov included Anna from Valdíkov in 1399 and from 1418 Zbyněk from Tikovice. From 1436 the lords of Valdíkov were again owners of the village. Since 1556 there have been three large farms and a farm in the village. After the secularization of the Třebíč monastery and the establishment of the chateau, Valdíkov belonged to the Třebíč rule. After the Battle of the White Mountain , the Lords of Waldstein acquired the goods and held them until 1948.
After the abolition of patrimonial Vladíkov formed from 1850 a district of the town of Vladislav in the Třebíč district. In 1867 the reorganization to Hostákov took place and from 1884 the municipality name Valdíkov became common. In 1870 the village had 110 inhabitants and in 1890 there were 141. In 1901 the municipality Valdíkov was established. In 1907 152 people lived in the 19 houses of Valdíkov. In 1964 the village was reassigned to Nárameč . Since 1992 Valdíkov has again formed its own political municipality.
Smoky quartz and amethyst were found on the Na chlumech hill.
