history

According to tradition, the village was laid out in 1088 and named after its founder, Přech . Priswicze was first mentioned in documents in 1273, when King Ottokar II. Přemysl donated the village to the church in Rouchovany . Later the village belonged to the estates of the Cistercian Abbey Königsaal . Probably in the middle of the 14th century parts of the property were pledged to secular lords and became the seat of the Vladiks of Přišovice. Mikeš and Děpolt from Přišovice, mentioned in 1355, are the first proven representatives of this family. In 1414, Zdych von Ratyšowic prescribed his wife Katharina von Taikowic 50 shock groschen for the village, probably the Taikowitz share is due to this. During the Bohemian-Hungarian War in 1468 the troops of the Hungarian king Matthias Corvinus devastated the area; the villages Boříkovice and Mstěnice died out during this time. The underground passages under the village were probably created at that time. Until the end of the 15th century, the estate remained in the possession of the Vladiken von Přišovice. Between 1502 and 1595 owned the Jankovsky von Wlaschim Přyšowice . In 1620, Berthold Bohuslaw von Leipa acquired the estate and added it to his rule Krumlov . After the Battle of White Mountain in 1621, the property of Bohuslaw von Leipa, who was a leader of the Moravian estates, was confiscated. In 1624 Gundaker von Liechtenstein bought the rule. In 1794 a school was established in Přešovice, which the children from Litovany also attended. Franz Karl Anton von Liechtenstein had a new school built in 1819, at which time over a hundred children were being taught in the Přešovice village school.

In 1835 the village of Přeschowitz or Přešowice , located in the Znojmo district , consisted of 44 houses in which 262 people lived. Six of the houses belonged to the Taikowitz rule . There was a manorial brandy house and a school in the village. The parish was Rauchowan . Until the middle of the 19th century Přeschowitz remained subordinate to the Fideikommiss-Primogeniturherrschaft Moravian-Krummau .

After the abolition of patrimonial formed Přešovice / Przeschowitz 1849 a district of the market town Rouchovany in court Moravia Kromau . The road to Rouchovany and Kašparův Mlýn was built in 1866, and numerous human remains were found. Přešovice broke away from Rouchovany in 1868 and formed its own municipality. From 1869 the community belonged to the Moravian Kromau district . At that time Přešovice had 295 inhabitants and consisted of 45 houses. In 1883 the school had 132 children. In 1892 Přešovice was assigned to the judicial district of Hrottowitz . In 1900 there were 288 people in Přešovice; In 1910 there were 247. The first pilgrimage to the new church took place in 1909. In 1913 an inn was built. In the 1921 census, 280 people, including 278 Czechs, lived in the municipality's 55 houses. On June 15, 1922, the volunteer fire brigade was founded. The road to Litovany was built in 1929. In 1930 Přešovice consisted of 66 houses and had 321 residents. After the German occupation, the community was reclassified to the Mährisch Budwitz district in 1939; until 1945 Přešovice / Preschowitz belonged to the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia . On May 7, 1945, three residents died in a bombing by Soviet planes. After the end of the war, the old district structures were restored. In 1948 the community was assigned to the Okres Moravské Budějovice. In 1950 Přešovice had 235 inhabitants. In the course of the territorial reform and the repeal of the Okres Moravské Budějovice, the municipality was assigned to the Okres Třebíč on July 1, 1960 . In 1964 a culture house with 250 seats was opened. The school closed in the early 1970s. From 1972 a kindergarten was housed in the schoolhouse, which was later moved to Rouchovany. In 1980 Přešovice was incorporated into Rouchovany, the place became independent again in 1990. In the 2001 census, 147 people lived in the community's 76 houses. Since 2002 the community has had a coat of arms and a banner.
