history

Preschep was first mentioned in writing in 1190 in the Klosterbruck foundation charter. The village belonged to the possessions of the Premonstratensian monastery until the beginning of the 13th century. In 1480 Příštpo was the seat of the Ctibor of Jackov. Later, the Bítovský von Lichtenburg acquired the estate and attached it to the Hostim rule . In 1498, King Vladislav II Jagiello enfeoffed Heinrich von Lichtenburg and his son with the Bítov castle and other goods, including Příštpo. In 1520 the village was named Przisstczpo , 1528 Przisstpo , 1550 Przisstpa and 1570 Pržysstpo . After the death of Zdenko Bítovský von Lichtenburg, the estate was sold to the Moravian court judge Wenzel Hodický von Hoditz in 1563 as part of the Hostim domain. He exchanged the rule a year later with Jiří Valecký von Mírov for Misslitz . Valecký managed the estate with little success and it began to sell out. He bequeathed the remainder to his wife Kateřina Zelená von Říčany as a widow's share in 1590, who brought the property into her second marriage to Ladislaus von Schleinitz in 1591. In the 17th century, the Příštpo estate was separated from the Hostim estate and added to the Jaroměřice estate . The next owners were the Lords of Questenberg . In the hoof register ( Lánský rejstřík ) 18 properties are listed for Prispach , three of which were desolate as a result of the Thirty Years' War. The latter were repopulated by 1671. At that time Pržispach consisted of eleven Hüfners , one Halbhüfner and six cottagers. The oldest local seal is from 1716; it shows four conifers on a rock and bears the inscription * SIGILLVM. PAGI. PRISTPO . According to the Theresian cadastre , twelve farmers and five chalupners from Pržispach were required to have robots at the local farm in 1718 . The place name Przisbach is passed down from 1720 and Pržibach from 1751 . In 1752 the Lords of Kaunitz acquired the Jarmeritz rule . In 1775 the serfs took part in the peasant uprising that took hold of the entire rule. In 1798 the village was called Pržisbach . The Meierhof Pržisbach was the starting point of another peasant uprising in 1821, which also affected parts of the Znojmo rule . On behalf of the rebels, the teacher Jakub Coufal wrote a petition to Emperor Franz I for the abolition of the Robot , for which he was arrested. The school house was built in 1827. In 1843 Przisbach consisted of 70 houses and had 421 residents who lived in 92 households. In the village there was an authoritarian farm with a sheep farm and a mill with a board saw as well as a forester's house and a school. The parish was Jarmeritz. Until the middle of the 19th century, Przisbach remained subject to the Jarmeritz rule.

After the abolition of patrimonial formed Přispach , Přispa , Přistpo or Přistba 1850 a district of the municipality Příložany in the judicial district Jarmeritz. At that time the village had 471 Czech-speaking residents. In 1867 Přispach broke away from Příložany and formed its own community. In 1868 Přispach became part of the Znojmo region. At the transition from the 19th to the 20th century, the municipality name was changed several times: Przispach or Příšťba (1872), Příšťpo (1881), Przisbach or Přísba (1885), Přispach , Příšbo or Příspa (1906) and Přispach or Přístbo (1915). In 1880 535 people lived in the 94 houses of the village. The new school building was completed in 1894, and two-class classes began a year later. In 1896 the community was assigned to the newly formed district of Mährisch Budwitz. In the 1921 census, the village consisted of 120 houses and had 614 inhabitants. The current place name Přístpo has been used since 1924. In the same year the volunteer fire brigade was founded. In 1930 Přístpo consisted of 126 houses and had 605 inhabitants. Electrification took place in 1930. In 1950, 452 people lived in the community's 143 houses. After the dissolution of the Okres Moravské Budějovice, the municipality came to the Okres Třebíč in 1960 . The school closed in 1975. Between 1980 and 1992 Přístpo was incorporated into Jaroměřice nad Rokytnou.

To the northwest of Přístpo there was an extensive quarry on Královec, in which the granite and durbachite of the Trebitsky massif ( Třebíčský masív ) were mechanically mined. Operations ceased around 2010.
