Tavíkovice (German: Tajkowitz ) is a village and a municipality (obec) in the Okres Znojmo in the South Moravian region of the Czech Republic .

Tavíkovice is located about 21 kilometers north of Znojmo , 42 km southwest of Brno , and 169 km southeast of Prague.
