history
Grešlové Mýto was first mentioned in a document in 1660 when Leopold Ferdinand Březnický von Náchod sold the Boskovštejn estate to Zdenko Bohuslav Dubský from Třebomyslice. It mentions four chalets on Prager Straße, for which everyone who crossed Jevišovka had to pay a Groeschel toll, as accessories to the property.
Subsequently, the settlement was under the rule of Hösting , which Marshal Jean-Louis Raduit de Souches acquired in 1680 . After his death in 1682 the property in Boskowstein fell to his feeble-minded son Johann Ludwig, who died in 1717 without heirs. He was inherited by his nephews, who sold Boskowstein and its accessories to Hofrat Joseph Graf von Gatterburg in 1720 .
In 1798, Count Anton Meraviglia acquired the Hösting lordship with the associated villages Blann , Boskowstein, Gröschlmaut, Irschitz , Prokopsdorf , Roskosch and Zerkowitz . At the end of the 18th century, the independent Boskowstein estate merged with the Hösting estate.
After the abolition of patrimonial Boskowstein became an independent municipality in 1848. In 1857 the Meraviglia family sold their estates in Hösting and Boskowstein to Prince Karl von und zu Liechtenstein . Due to its location on the important Kaiserstrasse , the settlement grew into a village. On April 23, 1871, the route of the Austrian Northwest Railway between Znojmo and Jihlava was put into operation.
After Rudolf von und zu Liechtenstein's death, the goods were sold to Count Ferdinand Trauttmansdorff in 1908 . After the establishment of Czechoslovakia , the Boskowstein estate was parceled out between 1923 and 1926.
There is an archaeological site near the Nad Mírovcem settlement.
