The ATP Challenger Singapore (officially: Singapore Challenger ) was a tennis tournament that took place every year from 1988 to 2001 except for 1996 in Singapore . It was part of the ATP Challenger Tour and was played outdoors on grass. Andrei Cherkassov was the only player to win twice in singles.
