The 2014 Abierto Mexicano Telcel was a clay tennis tournament for women in Acapulco . As a tournament in the international category, it was part of the 2014 WTA Tour . The tournament took place from February 24th to March 2nd, 2014. In the same week the Brasil Tennis Cup took place in Florianópolis , which was also one of the international tournaments of the WTA Tour 2014.
