Albaredo d'Adige is a northeastern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 5246 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Verona in Veneto . The municipality is located about 25.5 kilometers southeast of Verona on the Adige , which forms the western municipal boundary.

history

In ancient times the Cenomanians settled in the municipality. The settlements on the Adige were often drowned by floods. From 893 a farm Albaredo is proven.

The red and white grapes of Arcole are grown in the municipality .
