San Bonifacio is a north-east Italian municipality ( comune ) with 21,536 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Verona in Veneto . The place is about 26 kilometers east of Verona and about 80 kilometers west of Venice . The municipality borders the province of Vicenza .

economy

The largest employer is Perlini International SpA, a manufacturer of trucks. Some wineries belong to the Arcole DOC growing region . High quality red and white wines are produced here.
