The municipality is located about 9 kilometers southwest of Verona .

The districts (frazioni) include Azzano, Beccacivetta, Forette, Rizza, San Martino and Scopella.

The neighboring municipalities are Buttapietra , Verona , Vigasio and Villafranca di Verona .

The community is located between the A4 and A22 autostrade . There is no connection. On the Verona- Rovigo railway line, there was a station in Castel d'Azzano until 1986/1987.
