Tregnago is a north-eastern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 4909 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Verona in Veneto . The municipality is located about 15.5 kilometers from Verona in the Val d'Illasi and is also part of the Comunità montana della Lessinia .

history

A castle ruin of the Scaliger can still be visited today. The ancient Via Postumia ran nearby . During the Renaissance, the community came to the Republic of Venice .
