Beauzac is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Bas-en-Basset in the north, Monistrol-sur-Loire in the east, Saint-Maurice-de-Lignon in the south and south-east, Beaux in the south, Retournac in the west and south-west and Tiranges in the north-west.
