Belá-Dulice is a municipality in Slovakia . It is located at the foot of the Great Fatra about eleven kilometers southeast of Martin .
It is located in Turzer boiler ( Turčianska kotlina ) near the Talmündungen of Jaseno- and Belatals in the foothills of the Great Fatra .
It was created in 1971 from the places Belá (German Bella ) and Dulice (German Dulitz ), the latter being located southeast of Belá in the more mountainous area.

The village was first mentioned in historical records in 1282.
