Wyssloch is the name of a common quarter in the statistical district 22 Bern-Schosshalde of the district IV Kirchenfeld-Schosshalde . It forms a depression in an east-west direction and borders the Egelmoos , Schosshalde / Obstberg , Schönberg / Bitzius , Schönberg-Ost and Ostring districts . Across the Autobahn 12 in the east is the Quartier Zentrum Paul Klee .
Wyssloch was named after a farm that belonged to the "Pastetenbeck E. Wyss" at the end of the 18th century. In the 19th century it was still referred to as "Vorderwittigkofen" and falsely as "Weissenloch".
In 2019, 17 people lived in the usual quarter.
Wyssloch is a fallow land with three individual homesteads. A park is to be built in the Egelsee / Wyssloch area - a new school building embedded in it.
The urban bus line 12 connects with the center.
