The Burgstall Gleißenberg is an abandoned hilltop castle at 627.4  m above sea level. NHN high mountain tongue about 1300 meters northeast of the community Gleißenberg in the Upper Palatinate district of Cham in Bavaria .

The castle was built in the 12th century and was probably a ministerial castle and seat of the noble Hausner family, which can be traced back to Geißenberg until around 1400. In 1395 the Lords of Geißenberg are named as owners. The castle had fallen into disrepair by the 16th century at the latest.

Nothing has been preserved from the former small castle complex on a castle plateau of around 25 to 30 by 50 meters. The Burgstall is now a ground monument .
