The Perwolfing tower hill is a defunct tower hill castle (Motte) in what used to be a swampy area in the Niederrunding districts of the municipality of Runding and Windischbergerdorf in the town of Cham in the Upper Palatinate district of Cham in Bavaria .
The completely leveled former castle complex can only be seen in aerial photographs. Archaeological finds indicate that it was built in the 11th century.
The round moth , which presumably had a stone core structure, had a diameter of about 80 meters with the ditch . The Burgstall is now a ground monument , it is cut through by the federal road 20 .
