Daisuke Ono

Daisuke Ono ( Japanese 小野 大 輔 , Ono Daisuke ; born May 4, 1978 in Kōchi Prefecture ) is a Japanese voice actor ( seiyū ) and singer. Until February 2016 he was part of the Mausu Promotion agency .

Daisuke Ono has appeared in various anime since 2002 , his first leading role followed in 2005 as Yukito Kunisaki in the television series Air . He achieved a high level of popularity in 2006 with the role of Itsuki Koizumi in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya . For the roles of Hosaka ( Minami-ke ) and Kagezaki ( Rental Magica ) he was honored as best supporting actor at the 2nd Seiyū Awards . At the 4th Seiyū Awards in 2010 the award for best actor for the role of Sebastian Michaelis in the series Kuroshitsuji followed .

As a singer, Ono has released opening and closing credits and character songs, including: a. as Sebastian Michaelis from Kuroshitsuji the song Tsuki no Ame (月 の 雨), or the Itsuki Koizumi variant of Hare Hare Yukai (ハ レ 晴 レ ユ カ イ). He has also released singles and albums under his own name.
