Italy Open 2009

The Diamond Nine / Dynamic Italy Open 2009 was the 98th 9-ball tournament in the Euro-Tour pool tournament series . They were held from March 26th to 28th, 2009 in Castel Volturno .

Tournament winner was the Spaniard David Alcaide with a 9: 5 final victory against the German Ralf Souquet .

Final round

From the sixteenth finals, the games were played in the knockout system . The 32 participants in these rounds were determined in a double knockout system .
