Germagnano ( Piedmontese Germagnan , Franco-Provençal Sen German , French Saint-Germain ) is a municipality with 1,131 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the Italian metropolitan city of Turin (TO), Piedmont region .

Germagnano is located 32 km northwest of Turin on the Stura di Lanzo river . The community is a member of the Comunità Montana Valli di Lanzo mountain community . The neighboring municipalities are Pessinetto , Lanzo Torinese , Traves , Viù , Cafasse , Vallo Torinese and Fiano . In Germagnano there is a train station on the Turin – Ceres railway line .

The municipality covers an area of ​​14 km². The patron saint is St. Gratus of Aosta .
