Vigone

Vigone ( Piedmontese Vigon ) is a town and municipality with 5131 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the Italian metropolitan city of Turin (TO), Piedmont region , about 25 km southwest of Turin.

The place is in the west of the Po plain on the lower reaches of the Pellice , near its confluence with the Po.

The municipality covers an area of 41 km².

The neighboring municipalities are Buriasco , Virle Piemonte , Cercenasco , Macello , Pancalieri , Cavour and Villafranca Piemonte . About 10 km to the west is the larger town of Pinerolo .
