Venaus ( Piedmontese Venàus , Franco-Provencal Vëno , French Vénaux ) is a municipality with 880 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the Italian metropolitan city of Turin (TO), Piedmont region . It belongs to the Susa valley .

Venaus is a member of the mountain commune Comunità Montana Bassa Valle di Susa e Val Cenischia . The community consists of the districts Bar Cenisio, Molaretto and Venaus. The neighboring municipalities are Bramans ( Savoie in France), Giaglione , Lanslebourg-Mont-Cenis (Savoie), Mompantero , Moncenisio and Novalesa .
