Massello ( Piedmontese Massel , Occitan Masel ) is an Italian commune with 53 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the metropolitan city of Turin (TO), Piedmont region . It is located in the Cottian Alps in a high alpine side valley of the Germanasca Valley .

Masselo is a member of the mountain commune Comunità Montana Valli Chisone e Germanasca . The municipality covers an area of ​​38 km².

The patron saints of the place are St. Peter and St. Paul .

The neighboring communities are Perrero and Salza di Pinerolo in the Germanasca Valley and in the main valley on the other side of the Pragelato , Fenestrelle and Roure mountain range .
