Municipality of Granarolo dell'Emilia

Granarolo dell'Emilia is a northern Italian municipality ( comune ) in the metropolitan city of Bologna in Emilia-Romagna . The municipality is located about ten kilometers northeast of Bologna . Since 1995 the municipality has been called Città (City).

Economy and Transport

A few smaller companies, u. a. metal processing industry, are located in Granarolo. To the northwest of the municipality, the A13 autostrada runs from Bologna towards Ferrara , Rovigo and Padua . Strada Statale 64 runs roughly parallel to it .
