Casalfiumanese is an Italian municipality ( comune ) with 3422 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the metropolitan city of Bologna in Emilia-Romagna . The municipality is located about 32 kilometers southeast of Bologna on the Santerno . Casalfiumanese is part of the Comunità Montana Valle del Santerno .
