Haidt is a district of the Markt Erlbach market in the Neustadt an der Aisch-Bad Windsheim district in Middle Franconia .

geography

The Ulsenbach, a left tributary of the Zenn, flows south of the hamlet . In the south lies the Reisach forest , approx. 0.25 km east of the spruce forest . Approx. The Schlegelgründel is located 0.5 km to the north-west and the Mitterfeld approx. 0.5 km to the northeast . A community connecting road leads to the bones yard (0.6 km southwest) or to another community connecting road (0.6 km north), which runs to Kappersberg (1 km west) or to the state road 2244 (1.3 km northeast).

history

Towards the end of the 18th century there were 3 properties in Haidt. The high court exercised the Brandenburg-Bayreuth municipal bailiff's office in Markt Erlbach . The village and township government had the box office Neuhof held. The landlords were the Neuhof caste office (1 yard, 1 estate) and the state alms office of the imperial city of Nuremberg (1 yard).

As part of the community edict, Haidt was assigned to the Markt Erlbach tax district formed in 1811 . It also belonged to the municipality of Markt Erlbach, founded in 1813 . With the second community edict (1818) it was changed to the rural community Eschenbach . On September 14, 1824, the reunification took place in the rural community of Siedelbach . On January 1, 1972, Haidt was incorporated into Markt Erlbach as part of the regional reform .

Architectural monuments

• House No. 1. Above the arched stable door J (ohann) G (eorg) Wust 1857 . Inside there are Bohemian vaults on four supports.
• House No. 2. High mansard roof house with half hipped roof from 1815. 3 to 5 windows, upper floor constructive half-timbering. In the gable there is a sandstone relief Georg / Wust / 1851 with house brand (dated renovation). In the added door frame on the west side in the lintel G (eorg) C (hristoph) W (ust) 1815 , house brand in between.

The place has been mostly Protestant since the Reformation. The residents of the Evangelical Lutheran denomination are parish to St. Kilian (Markt Erlbach) , the residents of the Roman Catholic denomination are parish to St. Michael (Wilhermsdorf) .
