Kappersberg is a district of the Markt Erlbach market in the Neustadt an der Aisch-Bad Windsheim district in Middle Franconia .
geography
The village is 2.5 km north of Markt Erlbach. About 250 meters south is the Schlegelgründel stream , 250 meters north is the Zedergründlein , 500 meters east is the Lebkuchner Holz . Communal roads lead to Oberulsenbach on State Road 2255 (1.4 km southwest), to Kotzenaurach (1.2 km north) and State Road 2244 (2.2 km east).
history
The place was first mentioned by name in 1299 as "Capsberch".
At the end of the 18th century there were 7 properties in Kappersberg. The high court exercised the Brandenburg-Bayreuth municipal bailiff's office in Markt Erlbach . The village and township government had the power Wilhermsdorf held. The landlords were the lordship of Wilhermsdorf (4 estates, 2 semi-estates) and the parish of Linden (1 estate).
As part of the community edict, Kappersberg was assigned to the Buchklingen tax district formed in 1811 and also belonged to the Buchklingen rural community formed in 1813 . In 1815 the Rural Municipality Kappersberg was founded, to the Knochenhof and brick cottage belonged. It was subordinate to the regional court of Markt Erlbach in administration and jurisdiction and to the Ipsheim Rent Office in the financial administration . However, the Wilhermsdorf Patrimonial Court held voluntary jurisdiction and the police until 1839. On November 9, 1824, the municipality of Kappersberg was integrated into the newly founded municipality of Kotzenaurach .
At the Agriculture and Trade Show in October 1928, the Kappersberg and Surrounding Agricultural Association received the gold medal from the State Ministry of Agriculture and Labor for the best overall performance.
On June 1, 1968, before the regional reform in Bavaria , Kappersberg was incorporated into Markt Erlbach.
