Hans Gustaf Nils Fredrik Bror von Blixen-Finecke (born July 20, 1916 in Linköping , † February 16, 2005 in Mariefred ) was a Swedish eventing rider and officer . He was the son of Hans von Blixen-Finecke senior and the nephew of Bror von Blixen-Finecke .

After passing his exams, he entered the cavalry aspirant school, then he studied at the Karlberg Military Academy. In 1937 he was promoted to lieutenant in the cavalry and in 1946 to Rittmeister . From 1950 he was an adjutant at the Army Riding School in Strömsholm . From 1957 he was a major .

As a rider, Blixen-Finecke was a member of the Swedish team that won the gold medal in the eventing team at the 1952 Summer Olympics in Helsinki . With his horse Jubal he also won the individual competition. Four years later they competed again in Stockholm (due to strict quarantine regulations, the riding competitions could not be held in Melbourne ) and reached 24th place in the individual ranking. The Swedish team could not finish the competition.

Hans von Blixen-Finecke has worked as a trainer in Great Britain , the USA and Australia and has published several books on horse riding.
