Hinrich Romeike (born May 26, 1963 in Hamburg ) is a German eventing rider .
At the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008 , Hinrich Romeike became Olympic champion in the individual and won the gold medal in the team competition together with Ingrid Klimke , Andreas Dibowski , Peter Thomsen and Frank Ostholt . Before that, his greatest successes were the team victory at the 2006 World Equestrian Games in Aachen and 5th place in the individual and 4th place in the team competition at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens.
