IC 570 is a Hubble-type Sc spiral galaxy in the constellation Leo, north of the ecliptic , which is an estimated 373 million light years from the Milky Way .
The galaxies NGC 3041 , IC 568 , IC 571 , IC 572 are located in the same area of the sky .
The object was discovered by Stéphane Javelle on January 15, 1894 .
