Johnny Hansen (born November 14, 1943 in Vejle ) is a former Danish football player .

Born from the youth of Vejle BK, Hansen played for the first division club Vejle BK from 1962 to 1968 before moving to Germany for the Bundesliga club 1. FC Nürnberg . His Bundesliga debut ended on August 17, 1968 (1st matchday) with a 1: 4 defeat in the home game against the Bundesliga newcomer Alemannia Aachen, who had been promoted a year earlier . And again it was TSV Alemannia Aachen that Hansen should not have fond memories of: In the second leg on January 11, 1969, he scored his first Bundesliga goal at Tivoli - an own goal that made it 1: 3 in the 68th minute; the Alemanni finally won 4-2.

At the end of the season, Hansen relegated to the Regional League South with the reigning German champions - unique to this day. After 34 of 38 second division games and five goals for 1. FC Nürnberg, Hansen moved back to Bayern Munich at the beginning of the 1970/71 season and stayed there until 1976 .

He played 164 Bundesliga games for Munich and scored his only Bundesliga goals there - seven in total. The first he succeeded on August 15, 1970 (1st matchday) in a 1-1 draw in the away game against VfB Stuttgart with the opening goal in the 22nd minute.

He was also used in 27 DFB Cup games (1 goal) and 39 European Cup games (2 own goals - each at home - against Dynamo Dresden and 1. FC Magdeburg ).

After eight extremely successful years in Germany, Hansen returned to Denmark . For his former club he again completed three seasons, played on November 5, 1978, in a 5-1 home game against Køge BK , his last of 150 league games and crowned the season with the championship.

National team

Hansen made his debut in the national jersey on June 9, 1965 in Jyväskylä , when he lost 1-0 with the U-21 national team in a test international against Finland's U-21s . His last game in this national team he played 10 days later in Skövde in a 0-0 draw against the U-21s of Sweden .

For the senior national team he played 45 international matches, the first time on September 26, 1965 in Oslo in a 2-2 draw against the Norwegian national team , and the last time on June 28, 1978 in Reykjavík in a 0-0 draw against the Icelandic national team . He scored his only international goals on October 26, 1966 in a 3-1 win over the Israeli national team in Copenhagen , on October 22, 1967 in a 3-0 win over Finland's national team in Copenhagen and on January 30, 1977 in a 4-1 Victory against the Gambian national team in Banjul .
