Kaule is a district of the municipality of Neunkirchen-Seelscheid in the Rhein-Sieg district .

location

Kaule is located in the Dreisbachtal in the Bergisches Land . Neighboring towns are Renzert in the west, Hohn in the north, Rehwiese in the east and Schöneshof in the south.

history

Until 1969 the village belonged to the municipality of Neunkirchen .

In 1830 the hamlet of Kaul had 15 residents. In 1845 the farm had 25 Catholic residents in four houses. In 1888 there were 14 residents in five houses.

In 1910 the widow Heinrich Klein, the farmer Wilhelm Klein and the farmer Peter Wilhelm Roth lived in Kaule .
