Busch is a district of the municipality of Neunkirchen-Seelscheid in the Rhein-Sieg district .

location

Busch is isolated above the Lessbach Valley . Neighboring towns are Breitscheid in the east and Heister in the southeast. As in Heister, the population in the 19th century was Protestant.

history

In 1830 Busch had 19 residents. In 1845 the farm had 22 Protestant residents in five houses. In 1888 there were 22 residents in six houses.

In 1901 the hamlet had 20 inhabitants. The families Ackerin widow Wilhelm Klein, Ackererin widow August Küsgen and Ackerer Johann Wilhelm Piel are recorded.

In 1910 the farm worker Wilhelm Klein, day laborer Johann Wilhelm Küpper, farm worker August Küsgen, day laborer Johann Wilhelm Küsgen, farm worker Johann Wilhelm Piel and farm worker Wilhelm Stossberg lived in Busch .

Until 1969 the village belonged to the municipality of Neunkirchen .
