The long jump women in the 2014 European Athletics Championships was on 12 and 13 August 2014 in the Letzigrund Stadium in Zurich held.
The French defending champion Éloyse Lesueur became European champion . Before the Serbian World Cup third in 2013, she won Ivana Španović . Bronze went to the Russian Darja Klischina .

qualification

28 participants competed in two groups for the qualification round. The qualification distance for the direct entry into the final was 6.65 m. Six athletes exceeded this mark (highlighted in light blue). The final field was filled with the six next-placed athletes to twelve jumpers (highlighted in light green). In the end, 6.44 m had to be achieved to take part in the finals.
