The list of territorial changes in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania from 2015 to 2019 contains important changes to the municipal areas of the State of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in the period from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2019. These include, among other things, mergers and separations of communities, incorporations of communities to another, changes in the name of the parish and major reclassifications from parts of one parish to another.
