Loria is a north-eastern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 9,356 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Treviso in Veneto . The municipality is located about 30 kilometers west-northwest of Treviso , about 32 kilometers northeast of Vicenza and about 36 kilometers north of Padua . Loria borders the provinces of Padua and Vicenza .
history
The name of the municipality is derived from the Via Aurelia : in 972 the municipality was mentioned as Aurilia . 1175 as Lorgna and 1221 as Lorlea .
