Altivole is a town of 6122 inhabitants in the Italian province of Treviso . The neighboring communities are Annone Veneto ( VE ), Cessalto , Chiarano , Gorgo al Monticano , Meduna di Livenza and San Stino di Livenza (VE).

Culture

The city offers many architectural sights, many are on the street of architecture ( La strada dell'architettura in Italian ), including the Tomba Brion by the Italian architect Carlo Scarpa , commissioned by the widow of the Brionvega founder.

On May 25, 2014 Sergio Baldin was elected as the new mayor of the city. The predecessor was Silvia Rizzotti.
