Santa Lucia di Piave is a municipality ( comune ) with 9,178 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the northern Italian province of Treviso and in the Veneto region . The municipality is located about 21 kilometers north-northeast of Treviso between the Piave and Monticano rivers .
