San Vendemiano is a northeastern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 9942 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Treviso in Veneto . The municipality is located about 26 kilometers north-northeast of Treviso .
history
Presumably, San Vendemiano is an originally Longobard settlement, which came under the rule of the Franks in 774 and was given as a fief to the Prince-Bishop of Ceneda.
