The Mühlenhäuser settlement belongs to the Moschwitz district of the city of Greiz in the Greiz district in Thuringia .

The mill houses are located to the southwest away from the districts of Moschwitz and Untergrochlitz and Obergrochlitz . They have always belonged to Moschwitz and were incorporated into Greiz in 1922.

history

In 1870 the mill houses were accidentally first mentioned in a document. They were originally declared as Neuenhäuser. Together with the linden houses they were later called "Neu-Moschwitz 1". This designation is no longer common today.
