Mannsdorf an der Donau is a municipality with 373 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2020) in the Gänserndorf district in Lower Austria .
geography
Mannsdorf an der Donau is located on the southern edge of the Marchfeld in the Weinviertel in Lower Austria. The area of the municipality covers 10.32 square kilometers. 12.1 percent of the area is forested.

Neighboring communities
history
The area of Mannsdorf was already settled in the time of the Urnfield Culture. In the Oberau settler coup , unemployed people from Vienna occupied the Au between Mannsdorf and Orth an der Donau . From 1938 to 1945 Mannsdorf an der Donau belonged to Vienna as part of the newly created 22nd district of Groß-Enzersdorf .

The municipal coat of arms was handed over on July 8, 2012. The blazon reads:
- "In the split shield in front in blue a red-tongued silver rising dog with a gold chain, behind in red a slanting silver bar."
Population development
According to the results of the 2001 census , there were 435 inhabitants. In 1991 the community had 427 inhabitants, in 1981 330 and in 1971 339 inhabitants.
