NGC 1332 is an elliptical galaxy of Hubble type E / S0 in the constellation Eridanus south of the celestial equator . It is estimated to be 65 million light-years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of about 90,000 ly. The system has a magnitude of 10.3 mag and an angular extent of 4.5 '× 1.4'. Together with NGC 1331 , it probably forms a gravitationally bound galaxy pair.
